Let's be real: Bringing a baby into the world can feel like being handed a puzzle with no picture on the box and half the pieces missing. You're sleep-deprived, swimming in advice, and somehow expected to have it all figured out? That's where I come in."
I'm Kelly. I've been supporting new families for over 15 years, and postpartum care is what I do best. I'm a postpartum doula and newborn care specialist with training in evidence-based sleep science. That means when I show up at your house, I'm not just holding the baby so you can shower (though I'll absolutely do that too). I'm bringing real expertise to every feed, every fussy night, every "is this normal?" moment.
