Let’s be real: Bringing a baby into the world can feel like being handed a puzzle with no picture on the box and half the pieces missing. You’re sleep-deprived, swimming in advice, and somehow expected to have it all figured out? That’s where I come in.

Hi, I'm Kelly
I’m a Maternal Support Practitioner, Newborn Care Specialist, Pediatric Sleep Consultant, and longtime family assistant. Since 2011, I’ve supported families through the wild, wonderful, and sometimes overwhelming transition into parenthood.

What makes my approach different? You don’t have to cobble together a new provider for every phase. Need a calming presence in the delivery room? Someone to help you navigate the messy magic of postpartum? Newborn nights or toddler transitions? I’m in your corner with judgment-free care grounded in experience, evidence, and empathy.
I live just north of Seattle with my affectionate (and nosy) cat, and my dad is my built-in roommate serving up dinner conversation and a steady stream of playful banter. My small-but-mighty circle of friends is my chosen family. When I’m off the clock, you’ll usually find me curled up with a good book, watching escapist TV (comedies, dramas, thrillers—you name it), or nerding out over parenting research just for fun.
What started as a temporary nanny gig turned into my life’s work. I fell in love with the beautiful mess of early parenthood. I saw how many families were left patching together support, still exhausted and needing more. So I became more.
