HI, I'M KELLY!

I've been supporting new families for over 15 years, and postpartum care became my calling early on. There's nothing like being the steady presence in those wild first weeks. The person who shows up, knows your baby, and helps everything feel just a little more manageable. I'm a certified birth and postpartum doula with formal training in advanced newborn care and evidence-based sleep science. I have a genuine love for the messy, beautiful reality of life with a new baby. Basically, I'm your go-to person for those early weeks and months, offering guidance and practical support to help you hit the ground running (or at least gently strolling!).
